Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on receives the following guarantees:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original packaging along with the original price tags/labels.
  • Returns on used products will not be accepted.
  • Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time ( does not include 2-3 business days processing time);
  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged;
  • Full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 14 business days after the order is delivered. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7days.

How do customers return items?
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in original packaging, including receipt. Also it is recommended the item is returned by registered post as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches SPORTSTATION LTD. The return cost is customers responsibility only. If goods are not received back in good condition and in their original packaging, we reserve the right not to accept the goods and/or not to issue a refund.
